Its standout feature—the razor-edge off-shutter concrete cast forms—creates an illusion of weightlessness as it elegantly cantilevers over the horizon, disguising the significant structural support required behind it. The Novum Design Awards
The Novum Design Awards is a prestigious global design competition that recognises excellence in various categories, including Architectural Design, Interior Design, Digital Art, and Graphic Design. House Llandudno was awarded the Gold Novum Design Award in the Architectural Design Category, achieving an impressive score of 94/100. View certificate.
The International Property Awards
The International Property Awards (IPA) celebrate global property and real estate excellence, recognising the highest levels of achievement in architecture and design. Participants enter at their relevant national level to win recognition from an expert judging panel evaluating the quality of design, construction, and presentation projects. The judging panel, selected by IPA organisers for their expertise in various property disciplines, decide on the award winners. House Llandudno was the Five Star Winner in IPA: Africa & Arabia,
The LOOP Design Awards
The LOOP Design Awards is committed to recognising exceptional architecture and design projects worldwide. The awards serve as a platform for showcasing innovation and talent and promoting global diversity. House Llandudno was honoured with the LOOP Design & Concrete Category Winner Award. Additionally, Sunset Villa, a recent Mediterranean-styled cliffside residence design concept, was recognised as a Citation Winner in the House Concept category of the LOOP Design Awards. The design et al International Design & Architecture Awards
For 14 years, the International Design & Architecture Awards have recognised and honoured the top interior design and architecture companies worldwide. The prestigious awards gala event in London, hosted by design et al, a leading UK interior design magazine, brings together the world’s best designers for an international celebration of their work, focusing on residential design. House Llandudno was among the shortlisted nominees for the award category of Residential Architectural Property.
The Cape Institute for Architecture (CIfA) Awards
The CIfA Awards of 2023 received 81 project submissions completed between January 2021 and December 2022. A jury panel visited a shortlist of 36 projects and finally selected 16 awards and 11 commendations, announced at the regional function held on 4 October 2023. Among the commendations granted, one was awarded to House Llandudno for its exceptional architecture.
