Sancape, a private home at the pinnacle of Llandudno below the Klein Leeukoppie mountain. The site’s position enables views over the ocean horizon landscape from 5 expansive levels. The architecture has a distinct European feel that is uncompromising in its approach to clean lines and minimalism. The interior is brutal, restricted to a pallet of black, white and shades of grey. This neutral selection of materials enhances the natural colours of the landscape. The design concept is driven to the end and includes motor vehicles to match.
