The FNB building in Bloemfontein was the catalyst to start a new mixed-use lifestyle precinct for 2nd Avenue. The precinct includes a collection of buildings that will enhance the city, creating a new CBD and gateway to the Loch Logan Waterfront. Bomax has designed an extensive urban solution for the city of Bloemfontein. The aim is to create a unique look and feel of high-street shopping on 2nd Avenue, and an internal mall shopping experience at Loch Logan, all with convenient parking access and pedestrian circulation.
