This project one of several buildings nearby that are re-defining Roggebaai, within a master plan designed by Bomax. Following the recent completion of Media City, on Hertzog Boulevard, the precinct will start acting as it was intended: a functioning corporate and business hub with showrooms and A-grade offices mixed with creative studios and business hotel accommodation.
